Do you cling to the women you start dating? Are you afraid of losing every attractive woman you connect with? Do you feel nervous or creepy when it comes to approaching them? Does the fear of rejection hurt so bad that you don't even bother trying? Do you fantasize about having an amazing girl by your side but you don't even put yourself out there? It’s time to RECLAIM YOUR AUTHENTIC POWER, CONFIDENCE, AND MASCULINITY so you can pursue the women you desire When you struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and low self-worth Dating feels like a daunting process As a man who used to have debilitating dating anxiety, I know that becoming confident with yourself, calm, at peace with who you are in relationships can feel challenging. Here’s why... Your mind hangs onto old belief systems, blocking you from your potential, causing you frustration, discouragement , and blocking your ability to be your best self around her. In this workshop you will learn how to: Stop finding yourself afraid of rejection Manage your fear around meeting new women Become yourself on dates Overcome feeling depressed and unmotivated to date Eliminate negative self-talk Have NO FEAR, you CAN break through your fear of meeting, connecting and dating women who are excited to meet you! It’s time to end your vicious cycle and live a life without limits . You’ll feel more connected with other women, and romantic relationships in a way that you’ve always imagined This workshop will show you the path to overcome your fears of dating and connecting with women so you can become the most confident version of yourself… Imagine a life OF NO LIMITATIONS This is NOT some cheesy pick-up artist class. This is a 4-day workshop that will help you learn to love and empower yourself so you can have the ability to share who you are CONFIDENTLY with the women you want to pursue Meet Shawn: My name is Shawn “Sheshn” Heshmatpour, you can call me either Shawn or Sheshn. I’m not only a playful soul who always sees the fun in life, I am also the first life coach in the industry to have my hairy arms mistaken as tattoo sleeves. At a young age I had extreme social anxiety, would get bullied a lot, and I didn’t have much self confidence. I had anxiety making friends, building relationships, and was absolutely frightened to put myself out there to date women. However, the early negative conditioning and trauma could not stop my persistence in personal growth. Towards my last couple years of streaming on Twitch, I dove into books and listened to audio content on self development. I continued this journey with multiple mentors and within months at a time, my momentum of personal development skyrocketed. I was learning things about myself and the world in a matter of weeks that may have taken years to learn without coaching and reading. As I become more confident in who I am as a person and took more risks on myself, I became a life coach for people who struggled with social anxiety and lack of self-confidence. I did that for over a year, coaching over 50 people one-on-one to help them gain the confidence to make new friends, build relationships, build businesses, go on dates, become better parents/spouses, and become confident in ANYTHING they wanted to do. Most importantly, teaching them to expand their heart and heal from their pain by turning it into light. Now, I coach and teach men how to do the same but with dating and relationships. I used to hold in so much fear of putting myself out there because of my dark past and as I have expanded as a person and a coach, I have learned to become confident with women while being my authentic self and showing up from a place of genuine love. The truth is, as healthy men, we don’t need to be in our egos and play games in order to meet women. You can be genuine without being walked all over or rejected. My coaching methodology, cognitive mastery and emotional ownership is a self-development and spiritual process for men who want to date confidently by being their completely authentic self. Game Play: Your experienced host will play multiple games to maximize the entertainment and engagement your group experiences. We do everything so you can relax and enjoy the event as well! The types of challenges chosen will be based on the variables of your soiree. Examples include: - Family Feud: Name the most popular answers to fun survey questions. - Jeopardy: Answer trivia questions with varying degrees of difficulty. Bet your points on the big final question! - Price is Right: Guess the price of popular items in various entertaining formats. - Wheel of Fortune: Guess the phrase on the board with the least amount of clues/letters. - Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader: Answer tough questions from 1st to 5th grade level. Some fun facts about Switchboard Games Switchboard Games Website To begin with - We LOVE what we do! Here's how we found our passion. Our fascination with social entertainment originated growing up in small towns with no fun nearby. It developed through college and 14 years of managing movie theaters & amusement parks. As our work experience progressed to lead bigger businesses and live in larger cities, our passion increased with it! However, the more people we entertained and lived near, the less real connections we experienced. This led us to wonder if the power of entertainment could be used to effectively connect people through events that are comfortable, fun, AND social? Our enthusiastic solution was Switchboard Games! In 2016, we began leading in-person events (with a host on-site) that were designed to encourage small group interactions. Various forms of themed entertainment were spread out at multiple stations. Each round saw friendly people switch stations and make new friends while enjoying different types of fun. When social distancing became necessary in 2020, we pivoted to remotely hosting hybrid, in-person, and virtual events through video calls. We're thrilled to bring people together when they need each other the most. What's more, we now have the ability to entertain/connect groups across the world and the experience needed to exceed expectations. Needless to say, we truly love what we do, the leaders we assist, and the people we connect along the way! Information Source: Association of Admin. Professionals, Edmonton | eventbrite

City Council passed a new zoning bylaw in 2023 and it came into effect in 2024. The Zoning Bylaw sets the rules for where new buildings should go, what types of buildings they can be and what types of businesses and activities can happen on a property. As we head into the spring construction season, you may see new and different types of housing in your neighbourhood, including triplexes, rowhouses or backyard housing. At this information session, you can learn more about the rules that allow these types of housing under the Residential Small Scale (RS) zone. City staff will be available to answer your questions. The City is also working to reintroduce affordable housing to all areas of Edmonton. City staff will be available to answer questions about City-led affordable or supportive housing developments. What To Expect This event is a self-guided drop-in information session. There will be different stations where you can find information and ask questions about the RS zone, on-street parking, infrastructure, developer compliance and enforcement, and affordable housing. Please select a time to drop in. Capacity is limited per hour to ensure attendees have a chance to find the information they need. Information Source: City of Edmonton - Housing | eventbrite
