From Grief to Grace: Facts, Fruits, and Faith
Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncharted. Yet, within every sorrow lies the seed of grace. From Grief to Grace is a transformative workshop designed to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your grief, honor your journey, and find hope through connection and spiritual insight.
This isn't about "fixing" grief—because grief isn't something to be fixed. Instead, it’s a sacred process to be honored and understood. Whether you're mourning the loss of a loved one, Supporting someone who is, navigating a major life transition, or carrying the quiet ache of change, this workshop gently guides you through the layers of grief with compassion, practical tools, and faith-filled encouragement.
Together, we'll embrace the fullness of your emotions, recognizing that grief comes in many forms and at different times. You'll find comfort in the supportive presence of others who understand, sharing stories and insights that remind you that you're not alone.
Through thoughtful reflection and interactive activities, we'll journey from grief to grace—acknowledging the pain while also celebrating the resilience and love that shape your path forward. You’ll leave with renewed strength, spiritual insight, and a sense of community that helps light your way.
