It's not only less crowded and photogenic, but everywhere you look is a green wonderland, very relaxing. 📍Shushan Ancient South Street It has the feel of a small river straight street, but it's more quaint and quiet, with a stronger sense of old street culture. The block is not big, but besides being photogenic, it's also known as 'Purple Sand One Street', where the shops are full of unassuming purple sand artists, allowing you to feel a unique cultural heritage. 📍Yada Yangxian Town A secluded forest town with beautiful lake and mountain views. Don't miss the very bluesy Dongpo Pavilion, which has a great aerial photography spot! The Grand Enlightenment Temple in Yixing was founded during the Xianchun period of the Southern Song Dynasty (1265-1274), with a history of over seven hundred years. It is also the ancestral monastery where Master Hsing Yun, the founder of Fo Guang Shan, was ordained. In 2005, due to a fortunate convergence of circumstances, the temple was rebuilt by Master Hsing Yun, the 48th generation disciple and founder of Fo Guang Shan.
