I highly do not recommend this place at all! Save your money and go somewhere else. It was my second time doing rappelling and was completely confident in putting myself in Victor's hands. Victor is the instructor and owner of 90 grados territorio aventura. So we were on a horizontal part after doing a long vertical. He pointed to the direction I should go with his hand. I thought this is weird. He has given no verbal instruction and just pointed, so I am just going to walk where he is pointing obviously, which I did. I do not know why he pointed in that direction since the person that was waiting for me said hey I was shouting at you to not go that way because I knew you were going to fall. If he knew (the assistant) so did Victor so why was he pointing in that direction I still have no idea. The point is the rope got all tense and I had no clue, but Victor did. He should have shouted at me like the assistant did or went after me, but he decided not to do anything knowing I was about to get hurt. I flew like 25 to 30 feet and landed on my right knee with so much force that I live with pain every day of my life and it bugs me to think that he knew I was about to get hurt and did nothing. To this day I question whether he did it with malice or out of ignorance because he was distracted or something but really there is no excuse he should have been on top of the situation and I don't care what the reason is, whether he was sleepy or not, he should've been aware of what was occurring like his assistant was so there truly is no excuse!
