白马山森林公园位于浙江省遂昌县城西，总面积16212公顷。距浙赣铁路干线龙游站60公里，距杭州市区3个多小时车程。公园内气候宜人，生态环境优越。据调查，公园内有南方红豆杉、长叶榧、鹅掌楸、香果树、凹叶厚朴等11种植物列入国家级保护植物，有黑麂、豹、黄腹角雉、白颈长尾雉、黑熊、猕猴、小灵猫等23种国家级保护野生动物。
