Very average
Our first stop in Osaka after the aquarium. Mainly went there for food, but there are also other shops around there. Great for a short pit stop

Nice
It’s a nice waterfront area, but the main view is of industry. A car factory for example. There are lots of attractions here so if you have some coin to spend you can.
Nice area/ walk
The habor village is near the aquarium so you can walk by there and see the aquarium that Osaka has. It's a good way to spend 1/2 the day and then you can eat at the markets that are nearby.
