How to use
JR Kansai Area Pass: 1/2/3/4 Days Railway Pass
 
Upon successful reservation, the platform will send a confirmation to the guest's registered email. Please use the received verification code or QR code from the email, along with the passport of the person who made the reservation, to exchange for a physical ticket at the designated station's ticket machine. After successfully obtaining the physical ticket, proceed directly to the corresponding automatic ticket gate for use.

No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:00 on the day of expiration date.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 23:00 on the day of expiration date.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
