Went there in 2017, and it was a great experience! The minions were cute, vast number of merchs you can get, and you get to go on rides in the world of minions.
Anyway, it's colorful, pop and cute. If you listen carefully, you can hear various voices, press the bell, and it is a playful area.
Japan free travel, come to Universal Studios, punch in the small yellow area.
