    It was a heavy stone building built in the Taisho Period as the Osaka Mainichi Shimbun building. Dojima Avanza is currently built.

    Entrance of Dojima Avanza

    It is an entrance and arch gate located in front of Dojima Avanza, an office building on the second basement and 23rd floors above the ground. Dojima Avanza has several restaurants and general stores, including the largest bookstore in Kansai. As the name of the building is derived from the Spanish word "Apos" which means "Jeonjin", It's also built in European style.
