I was lucky. I finally found it with the help of the aunt in the store!

The dam built along Dianchi Lake has a particularly good view, opposite the Xishan Mountain. Unfortunately, I came in May and I couldn't see the seagulls.

The small cableway in the upper Xishan Mountain is also fun. This cableway is too expensive. The scenery is to see three people in Wuhu. It is 300 fast. It takes about ten minutes to reach the top. The elderly over 60 are not half price. It is still more expensive.

Haitang Dam is a good choice for Kunming to see seagulls. The place is spacious and there are no tickets. In 1985, a group of white angels came to Kunming from far Siberia, and the citizens of Kunming brought food from their homes to feed them; then every winter they never abandoned the Dianchi Lake and Cuihu Lake in Kunming. Every winter, the citizens came to feed the seagulls.
