Tsuen Wan Lai King Wai, located in the northwest of Tsuen Wan, New Territories, is a small mountain-based community surrounded by nearby housing estates such as Tsuen Wan Centre, Sui Tak Garden, Cui Fung Tai, Tsuen Wan Garden and Tsuen Wai Garden. The Lai Jingwei Playground and Recreation Garden are located between these estates. There are also two secondary schools nearby: Lam Baixin, Renji Hospital, and Li Chengxu Middle School, Po Liangju, and the swimming pool and hospital. The transportation is also convenient. It provides a good place for residents and students to relax and play. The venue is fully greened, with a rest area, table tennis table, pebble road walk and elderly fitness park.
