nice spot but cant camp now

this used to be a great 'bush camp' as its at the end of a track but camping closed like all the lakes. still nice for a stop

Lake Allom is a great place to visit when there are not too many people around because you can sit on the stairs and watch the turtles swimming in formation as they come and check you out.
