A dam in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. In the immediate neighborhood, there is a Nise Dam built in the uppermost part of the main stream of the Arakawa River, which is a dam built on the Nakatsu River in the Arakawa water system. It is a gravitational concrete dam with Tsutsumi height 132.0ｍ and Tsutsumi top length 424.0ｍ. It is much larger than Nise Dam and is one of the largest in Saitama Prefecture.
