Estive pela primeira vez em Gramado, hospedada no Life Infinity. Adoramos a hospedagem, o hotel. Quarto confortável, climatizado, limpo, higienizado. Serviço de arrumação bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções e sempre tudo muito fresquinho e ambiente limpo. Atendimento perfeito, educação e cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Com certeza será sempre uma ótima escolha para voltarmos à cidade.

We stayed in a huge room and the stay was wonderful. The hotel is old and deserves some care. The staff is friendly and careful, the hotel is small - and paid - and was full. The hotel is located near the Canela Stone Cathedral, but in a short walking street. The restaurant serves very good breakfast quality. Other times have a variety of options on the cart for lunch, lunch or dinner. Clean/hygienized accommodation with smeral. Garage with manobrist if necessary.

Quando precisamos ir a Porto Alegre não consideramos nenhuma outra opção que os hotéis Laghetto. O Viverone Moinhos fica muito bem localizado, em bairro tranquilo e além do conforto e cuidados com limpeza, gostamos muito da arquitetura. Eles mantiveram a Casa histórica como recepção e restaurante e aliaram bem o moderno com o antigo.

O hotel não é ruim, ótima localização, funcionários educados, ótimo custo beneficio. Estávamos em 5 apartamentos, e um dos apartamentos não foi limpo nenhum dia. Nossa surpresa, foi a cobrança indevida de 10% sobre serviços, obrigatória, ou seja, se você pagou 2.000,00 pelas diárias, fomos obrigados, obrigados mesmo a pagar 200,00 de taxas de serviços de 10%, coisa impraticável e fora da lei. E pasmem, reservas pagas antecipadamente, sem qualquer informação de que acima do valor pago teria 10% de taxas. Fomos coagidos e pagar, não adiantou brigar, mas vou correra atrás disso.

Hotel with excellent views of the valley. Good sized room, with table, chairs, sink. The double bed has a divider with the single beds, I thought it was great.

Ficamos em um quarto família em uma parte bem tranquila do hotel. Dezembro próximo ao Natal o hotel estava muito lotado, a ponto de não ter como andar próximo à piscina. Por ser muito grande faltam placas indicativas mais precisas ou até mesmo um mapa, demora um tempo para se familiarizar com o hotel. Os vendedores de timeshare (cotas) são muito insistentes e tentam te abordar o tempo todo, isso é muito chato. O hotel precisa resolver o problema dos chuveiros que não conseguem manter a temperatura da água, variando o tempo todo entre quente e gelada. Positivo ter uma lavanderia self service.

Hospedei me no Hotel Sky Valle com minha família em 03/02/2024, o hotel possui instalações antigas e sem manutenção, o que impossibilitada circular pelos jardins por exemplo. A piscina e a Jacuzzi ofertadas no site do hotel não comportam o número de hóspedes, sem contar com a falta de higiene, a Jacuzzi era simplesmente nojenta, água suja, e não era feita a troca de água da banheira pelos funcionários. O café da manhã estava ok mas bem aquém do esperado, já haviamos utilizado outros hotéis da rede com café da manhã espetacular, este hotel deixou bastante a desejar. Outra coisa que nos causou incomodo, foi o fato de ficarmos em um quarto que tinha uma porta de ligação para outro, o barulho era insuportável dos hóspedes que estavam ao lado e tinham crianças pequenas que gritavam, isolamento acústico zero até o barulho do banheiro ouvíamos, a porta do banheiro do nosso quarto que era de correr estava travando e era quase impossível fechar, sendo que nosso filho é adolescente causando falta de privacidade. Desta forma ficamos muito insatisfeitos pois não conseguimos utilizar praticamente nada das instalações do hotel, que não condiz com o que é ofertado no site da rede de hotéis Sky onde adquiri a hospedagem, gostaria de obter o reembolso do valor pago já que não foi satisfatória nossa hospedagem neste hotel da rede Sky.

I went to Gramado with my family and we stayed at Sky and how nice it was there. The experience was great, the breakfast was delicious with many varieties, the staff was always very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and relatively large for four people. Impecável, não temos nenhuma reclamação do hotel. O atendimento é maravilhoso, muito gentil, todo o pessoal é atencioso, nem parece hotel ”de rede”, todos sempre sorrindo, dispostos e fazer o que for preciso para que nossa estadia seja a melhor possível. Serviço de ótima qualidade também no restaurante, boas opções de pratos do dia que saem mais em conta no almoço e jantar e tudo muito bem servido. Ótima localização, providenciam pra vc tudo que vc precisa. Amamos.

Quando precisamos ir a Porto Alegre não consideramos nenhuma outra opção que os hotéis Laghetto. O Viverone Moinhos fica muito bem localizado, em bairro tranquilo e além do conforto e cuidados com limpeza, gostamos muito da arquitetura. Eles mantiveram a Casa histórica como recepção e restaurante e aliaram bem o moderno com o antigo.

The room is comfortable (Ap. 1008), but they could put some more cabins, we also missed cabinets. WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is honest, but the restaurant and room service are expensive for what they offer. In the bathroom, it would be interesting to put the toilet paper door near the sanitary vase and to put in the box a ”panel or nick” to support shampoos.

When I called and asked about the parking, I was informed that the hotel offered 6 free vacancies in front of the hotel, and I agreed with the open parking next door. New and comfortable, super functional hotel with some bathroom facilities...Parking with manufacturer and charged part (R$21,00 per day), tasty breakfast and variety but tb charged part (R$30, 00 per person). In my view, if you can add the costs of parking and breakfast can stay in a hotel well better with this value!! I didn't find a good cost x benefit! I stayed in apartment 301. We arrived midnight after a long 9-hour trip from PR. We have been in this hotel several times, and until then we had only praises to do ... but this night from 08 to day 09/07/2022 was a real nightmare ... when we were lying in bed around 00:00: 30 I realized that you connected a noisy engine with a bulb bulb hitting ... that stayed for 2 or 3 minutes .... impossible to sleep with it ... I turned off the air conditioning think it could be our air ... I slept again ... 15 or 20 minutes after more 2 or 3 infernale minutes ... 15 or 20 minutes of silence and ... 2 or 3 minutes of very noise again ...e so happened hours on wire ... if you had been stepped up the car in a fuel station and sleeping ... would have been better.

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

The hotel is good but call the reservation on Friday before and I asked the official if I could use the pool and she replied yes, I brought bath clothes and only reach the pool was closed for event, I was very annoyed, I was angry because I called questioning.

Está localizada numa casa de esquina, praticamente as margens do Rio Mampituba e muito próximo do mar e de muitas opções gastronômicas. Tem algumas vagas de estacionamento privativo e coberto, mas aberto. Os apartamentos estão situados no piso superior, com acesso através de escada fixa e portanto sem acessibilidade. Os quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis, com boa cama , armários fechados com cabides e prateleiras, TV lcd pequena com canais básicos mas boa imagem, ar condicionado split , tomadas bem posicionadas e sacada com rede de descanso. O Wi-Fi é gratuito e tem uma velocidade satisfatória. Junto a recepção tem uma pequena loja de conveniência. Uma sala de Tv com sofás e rede de descanso ao ar livre, está a disposição dos hóspedes. O banheiro tem secador de cabelos, espelho, amenities básicos, janela basculante e box pequeno e sem barra de apoio. O vaso sanitário não possui ducha higiênica. O atendimento é super simpático e educado. O café da manhã é bom, com produtos fresquinhos, inclusive os pães. O horário do café da manhã é um ponto para melhorias, pois ao invés de abrir as 8 e 30, poderia abrir as 8 horas da manhã que ficaria de bom tamanho.
