Things to do in Ferragudo

beautiful cave, but extremely crowded! paid 10euros/pax to rent a kayak to get to the cave. cave was cold in late Sep, but still worth a visit

The beach and rock landscape here is a bit like the Twelve Saints Rocks in Australia. The beautiful caves have always been something I wanted to visit. I took a Tuk-Tuk all the way along the blue coastline... Even in winter, it is still so intoxicating.

Lagos is a town in southern Portugal's Algarve region. It’s known for its walled old town, cliffs and Atlantic beaches. Steep wooden steps lead to the sandy cove of Praia do Camilo. The nearby cliffs of Ponta de Piedade offer sweeping headland views and a lighthouse. [Value for money] When you arrive in Faro Lagos, you can easily walk to Cape Piedade, and it is even easier to rent a car.

this beach is amazing. during low tide you can access another smaller one. the best sunset we’ve ever seen.
