Woljeongsa Temple & Fir Tree Forest Review

The scenery is good, the air is fresh, it is worth a visit.

Yuejing Temple is located in the valley bushes on the east side of Wutai, South Korea. It is a large temple composed of 60 temples and 8 Nunneries of different sizes. In Yuejing Temple, there are the Sacred Treasure Museum which can appreciate the Buddhist culture of the Koryo era (918-1392), the 8-corner 9-storey stone pagoda called the Shrita, and the stone statue of Bodhisattva. There are also the Palace of Desolation and the Palace of Silence, which preserve the whole bones of Buddha. The Silence Hall generally worships the Pelujana Buddha, but the Silence Hall of Yuejing Temple worships Shigamani. The Yuejing Temple is surrounded by putu plots and historic sites. Putu is situated in front of the Prajna Bridge, which is 15 minutes'walk from Yuejing Temple to Upper Temple. There are 22 pagodas where the remains of the monastery monks are laid. The historic site is near Lingguan Temple, an hour's walk from Yuejing Temple to Shangyuan Temple.

Yuejing Temple is composed of many large and small temples. The surrounding environment is quiet and quiet. It is a popular Buddhist holy place.

This temple has a long history. Although it is not very big, the incense here is very strong. There are many tourists coming here. The scenery inside is very beautiful and worth recommending.
