The building covers an area of 5,368 square meters. Inside the Li Heming House, there is 1 main gate, 6 smaller gates, 9 halls, and 112 rooms. The main gate has two square stone pillars, the lower hall has two round wooden pillars, and the middle hall has six pillars; it uses the traditional Chinese architectural techniques of mortise and tenon joint structure and lifting beam structure. The wood carvings on the main gate, central hall, and ancestral hall beams along the central axis are gilded and exquisitely carved. At the very top of the main gate are the characters 'En Rong', and below it is a red and gold door plaque with the three large characters 'Zi Zheng Di'. It is a large and exquisite typical two-story Hakka 'Wei Long' house. Menghao was known as an elder in the village; he was prudent and tolerant in his dealings, engaged in education and farming, and was diligent in business, continuously promoting prosperity. His sincere and charitable way of life earned him the title of 'Dafu' from the Qing government, and thus the 'Wei Long' house he built was named 'Dafu Di'. The construction of the Huangdou Pai Liu House began in the late Qing Dynasty and was built by the overseas Chinese Liu Dingfu. The house faces east to west and consists of a two-hall, two-wing, two-story structure (with an additional pillow beam and a side house on the right), forming a combined facade beam, with a three-story watchtower built on the additional pillow beam. In front of the house, there is a rice drying field and a pond. The foundation walls of the compound are made of rammed earth, while the upper parts are constructed with adobe, wood, and tiles, featuring a hard mountain-style roof. The structure of the house is unique, belonging to the combined facade beam style but also blending Chinese and Western elements. The building is two stories high, without eaves or walls. The house has the characteristics of ancient Hakka residences and also incorporates Western styles. Currently, the compound is severely damaged and in urgent need of repair. On August 10, 2009, the Huangdou Pai Liu House was announced by the Xingning Municipal People's Government as a 'Xingning City Featured Ancient Residence' for protection.

The Jinshi Mansion covers an area of nearly 22,000 square meters, with the main building being 150 meters wide and 108.9 meters deep, occupying a land area of about 14,835 square meters. The Jinshi Mansion was initially built by the 18th generation ancestor of the Wang family, Pingyu Gong, in the 25th year of the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty (1760), and it took three generations and 50 years of continuous expansion to complete its current scale. The mansion faces south and is built in the layout of three halls, eight horizontal sections, and two enclosed courtyards forming a 'surrounding dragon house', with 28 skylights, 3 halls, 6 alleys, 2 heping (grain drying areas), and a horizontal house on the right side with 6 rooms used as an academy, in front of which there is a heping and a pond. The entire house is a two-story building with 300 rooms on each floor. The exterior is fortified with rammed earth walls, while the interior structures are made of earth and wood, with gray walls and tiled surfaces, and hard mountain-style roofs. The slightly arched flower head is paved with green bricks, making it a large 'chessboard-shaped surrounding dragon house'. This house is the largest and best-preserved Hakka enclosed house within the territory of Xingning City. In January 2014, the Jinshi Mansion was announced by the Meizhou Municipal People's Government as the second batch of Meizhou City Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Xiaozhenkou Four-Cornered Building is located in Xiaozhenkou, Huaixi Village, Huanghuai Town, Xingning City, Guangdong Province. It covers an area of ​​about 1,860 square meters. The main building is 41.2 meters wide and 30.9 meters deep, covering an area of ​​1,273 square meters. The Four-Cornered Tower at Xiaozhenkou was built by the 20th generation ancestors of the Zeng family, Chaoyun and Chaoxiang, in the late Qing Dynasty. The couplets by the entrance of the house, 'Find joy in what I do, share goodness with others' and 'Joyful heart touched by the sun, virtuous air filled with the spring breeze', reflect the ancestral spirit of valuing kindness and goodness as the family's guiding principle. The house has a profound cultural heritage and has produced many talented individuals. Stone tablets with inscriptions such as 'Scholar's Residence' hang above the main gate, and plaques awarded by the government such as 'Talent and Virtue', 'Cheng De Residence', 'Top Scholar', and 'Five Generations Under One Roof' are displayed in the lower hall. Due to poverty, they made a living by raising ducks and fishing. Once, while herding ducks in the wild, the ducks wandered towards the northwest. They mobilized their grown-up son Kangsheng and Zeng Ansheng, who was doing business along the coast of Guangdong and Fujian, to contribute money and effort to demolish the thatched house and build a brick and tile house, starting with the main structure named 'Le Shan Wei'. Zeng Xingsheng and Zeng Huansheng grew up and started workshops, pawnshops, and medicinal herb businesses. They traveled to Sichuan to purchase white fungus and other medicinal materials. With the money earned, they continued to build the second and third enclosures with their brothers and descendants. Because Zeng Huansheng's business 'Ju Hua' was quite famous locally, people also referred to Le Shan Wei as 'Zeng Ju Hua'.

The Malu Xia Dawang House covers an area of about 6,900 square meters. The main building is 84.2 meters wide and 68.4 meters deep, with a construction area of 5,452 square meters. The Malu Xia Dawang House was built by the fourteenth ancestor of the Luo Ji family, Wang Yijie (born in the Gui Mao year of the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty, 1603). The house faces from southwest to northeast and consists of three halls and three surrounding dragon houses (the third dragon section on the left side has collapsed), with a grain terrace and a pond in front of the gate. The house has one main gate and five smaller gates (missing the third dragon section's small gate on the left), with two round wooden columns at the lion's mouth of the main gate, two round wooden columns at the lower hall, and six round wooden columns supporting the beams in the middle hall. The walls are made of rammed earth, with mud bricks, wood, and tiles, and it has a hip roof. On August 10, 2009, the Malu Xia Dawang House was announced by the Xingning Municipal People's Government as a protected unit of 'Xingning's Distinctive Ancient Residential Buildings'.

The Tongshu Luo house, a two-hall, four-wing, three-enclosure dragon house, is located in Huangji Village, Fuxing Sub-district, Xingning City, Guangdong Province. It was primarily built by Luo Fayang, the son of Luo Qinghui, the founder of 'Luo Family Tongshu', during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. The Tongshu Luo house covers an area of about 4,600 square meters, with a construction area of 3,351 square meters. Facing south with its back to the north, it features two halls, four wings, and three enclosures forming a dragon house, with a grain terrace and a pond in front. There are 4 halls, 99 rooms, and 1 courtyard, with 4 wooden columns in the upper and lower halls. The wall foundation is made of rammed earth, while the upper part is constructed of earth bricks, wood, and tiles, with a hard mountain roof. This residence is a typical Hakka dwelling in Xingning. On August 10, 2009, the Tongshu Luo house was announced by the Xingning Municipal People's Government as a 'Xingning City Featured Ancient Dwelling' protection unit. The Tongshu Luo house possesses the Xingning Luo Family's Tongshu calculation method, which was first created by Luo Qinghui in the second year of the Yongzheng period (1724) of the Qing Dynasty. It holds an important position in China and plays a significant role in guiding people's production and life. The 'Luo Family Tongshu' calculated using this method was once granted imperial permission by the Yongzheng Emperor to be published and distributed in the five provinces of South China. Its content is rich and precise, mainly including lunar phases, head origins, mountain lessons, and marriage matters. It contains aphorisms, detailed explanations, practical examples, and uses a 39-bead abacus for calculation, offering meticulous and profound guidance that is convenient and practical.

Di Hua Wei, also known as Diao Cuifeng, covers an area of 11,278 square meters. Funded by the six brothers of the Diao family's twentieth generation—Li Wu, Hui Chuan, Ban Qin, Shun Yu, Xuan Gao, and Yue Chi—construction began in the spring of the third year of the Republic of China (1914) and was completed in the eleventh year (1922). Di Hua Wei faces from the southwest to the northeast and features a layout with three halls, four lateral sections, one central beam, and a surrounding dragon structure at the four corners, known as a 'four-cornered dragon house.' In front of the building, there is a grain drying area and a pond; inside, there are 16 halls, 21 courtyards, and 274 rooms. The three sides of the enclosure are two-story verandas, with a central beam that is also a two-story veranda. There are six stone staircases leading up and down on all four sides, and the rear building is a semi-circular enclosure with two floors, interconnected all around on the upper level. Each building is supported by round stone columns, with stone balustrades (made of celadon) on the upper floors and flower beds below. The courtyards inside the house are quite spacious, with fighting doors on both sides. On October 20, 2012, Di Hua Wei was announced by the People's Government of Guangdong Province as the seventh batch of Guangdong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.

The Shizi Mouth House in Luoba was built by the Huang family during the Qing Dynasty, with three halls, six horizontal sections, three enclosures, plus two curved row houses. In front of the house, there is a paddy terrace and a geomantic pond, and to the right in front of the pond, there is a well. The building covers an area of about 4,000 square meters. The house has five doors, with the main door being concave, framed in wood and resting on stone pillows. The first and second entrances have wooden columns, wooden screens, and stone thresholds. The enclosed house is now uninhabited.

Yunhua House, also known as 'Doctor's Residence', is located in Liuqianli of Malingshan Village. It was initially built at the end of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty and completed during the Xuantong period after eight years of construction. It was built by the descendants of Liu, the founding ancestor of the Xingning Liu family (from the third branch), and consists of a three-hall and three-horizontal square compound with extended wing rooms on both sides forming a 'fighting door' structure. The building covers an area of nearly 3,000 square meters and has been standing for over one hundred and ten years. The descendants of Yunhua have proliferated to the twenty-eighth generation, growing from the initial dozen or so individuals to hundreds today, signifying a thriving and prosperous family. Yunhua House is grand in scale, exquisite in design, and made with superior materials. The entire structure features gilded wood carvings and beams with intricate details, exuding an imposing presence. The three bold and vigorous golden characters 'Doctor's Residence' on the top of the main door shine brightly. In front of the main door is a rectangular threshing ground used by the clan for drying grain and daily activities. In front of the threshing ground is a large semi-circular pond with clear, babbling water flowing into it. Yunhua House faces Xingning's famous mountain, 'Shenguang Mountain'. The atmosphere is filled with scholarly elegance, and the family has a long tradition of valuing education and producing talented individuals. Members of the family excel in various fields such as industry, commerce, literature, and medicine, and are well-known throughout the surrounding ten miles and beyond. The scale and luxury of Yunhua House were rare in Xingning at the time, and thus it was well-known among the older generation that there was a Doctor's Residence in Liuqianli of Yetang Malingshan Village, which was highly praised. In 2011, the Yunhua clan raised hundreds of thousands of yuan to renovate the ancestral house. In 2017, the Liu family raised another 300,000 yuan for maintenance.

Mizaizhai Liwu was built by the Li family during the Qing Dynasty. It is a Hakka enclosed house with three halls, eight lateral rooms, and three surrounding galleries, covering an area of over 5,000 square meters. It is a rare large Hakka house in Xingning, with five front doors, the central door featuring a concave belly style, granite door frames, stone pillars and bases on both sides, sky bridges between the three halls, and a wooden plaque with the inscription 'Shi Xing Tang' hanging in the three halls. On both sides of the central door, there are two red sandstone door frames, and the outer two door frames have horizontal wooden bars with holes. In front of the house, there is a rice terrace and a nearly square feng shui pond.

Peng Chengchang House, also known as 'Zhongyi Di', covers an area of about 5000 square meters, with the main building being 74.7 meters wide and 62.6 meters deep, occupying a floor area of 4249.7 square meters. The construction of Peng Chengchang House began during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, and was built by the eighteenth generation ancestor of the Peng family, Chengchang. The reason for the alternative name 'Peng Chengchang' is because the Peng family ancestor (the nineteenth generation ancestor Peng Huanzhang, who built the house) operated a pawnshop named Chengchang in Nanyang, and the neighbors were accustomed to this name; the name 'Zhongyi Di' comes from an earlier ancestor's official title—Zhongyi Daifu. The house faces south with the back to the north and is a three-hall, five-horizontal, and one-surrounding dragon house, with a grain terrace and a pond in front of the door, and a well to the right front of the house. The surrounding house has 18 halls, 95 rooms, 15 courtyards, 14 stone pillars in the upper, middle, and lower halls, and exquisite wood carvings on the beams and frames. The outer walls are made of lime and rammed earth, while the inner walls below 2.5 meters are based on rammed earth, with the upper part constructed of adobe, wood, and tiles, with a hard mountain top. On August 10, 2009, Peng Chengchang House was announced by the Xingning Municipal People's Government as a protected unit of 'Xingning's Characteristic Ancient Residences'. The house has been repeatedly stolen due to its exquisite gilded wood carvings.
