Spacelab is located on the 6th floor of Longzhimeng Mall which is approximately 170m from exit 3 of Zhongshan Subway station. You can take lines 2, 3 or 4 to arrive at this station. The entrance design from my perspective does not equate to the interior of this restaurant. It is designed with a space theme and the kids loved the place immediately we stepped inside.
All orders are done through their tablet and delivered either by their moving robot or the spiral serving track system that stops by your table so you can pick up your order. It’s quite interesting to see the robot server approach your table and brings your order and entertaining to see their track system delivering customers' food at their respective tables. Once you pick your food, you hit a button and it just drives away.
We ordered their sausages, fried rice, pizza, and salad and finished the evening with some desserts. The food is delicious. Good portions to share. They also serve some amazing steaks and will give a try the next time we visit the place.

A walk in Zhongshan Park
It is easy to go there, as Zhongshan Park has its own metro station and can be reach e.g. by line 2. The park is quit huge and was founded over 100 years ago.

Shanghai Spring season 🌺
Shanghai spring usually starts from March and lasts to May every year. Now it’s the perfect time to get outside and walk everywhere and loose some unwanted calories. The pictures taken are around Zhongshan park area. It’s beautiful to see all the flowers blooming, making all the streets and parks colourful. The climate and temperature is arguably at its best. #flowerlover #flowers #shanghai #china #springblossoms

Zhongshan Park in Shanghai is so beautiful!!
Zhongshan Park, located in Changning District of Shanghai, is really pretty with towering trees, lush greenery, as well as large lawns and sculptures. The tall and straight metasequoia trees
Zhongshan Park is not large, but the layout is exquisitely intricate and pleasing. I really like the English-style lawns (which are great for lying down in the evening), and I love the area with tall, straight trees
The scorching sun is absorbed by the woods, and what filters through is the gentle sunshine
Address: Zhongshan Park
The 20-minute park effect is real, and you can also camp there comfortably and enjoy delicious brunch... The Southeast Asian decor makes it look like you're on vacation no matter how you photograph it

The Peony Garden Festival at Shanghai's Zhongshan Park is here, come enjoy the flowers and music this weekend
April in the human world, the peonies at Shanghai Changning's Zhongshan Park have entered their prime viewing period, and the annual Peony Season Garden event has arrived as scheduled. Various styles of peony flower beds embellish the garden, with all kinds of peony blooms competing in beauty, red as fire, pink like rosy clouds, each one presenting a captivating charm. Visitors linger, carefully selecting the best viewing angles. Admiring peonies, strolling through the century-old park, watching Kunqu opera performances... This weekend, a variety of activities invite you to a 'date with the national beauty and heavenly fragrance'.

Took the kid to see the snow, and we can enjoy a winter wonderland without going to Harbin!
Took the kid to Zhongshan Park for fun this weekend, and happened to come across the 'Cutting Clouds and Carving Snow - Ice and Snow Installation Art Exhibition'. I was just thinking that Keke hasn't seen snow yet, so I took Keke to see it. The overall feeling was quite average, and I don't recommend making a special trip for it. However, if you are going to Zhongshan Park, you might as well take a look.
🌟 Highlights: In the Zhongshan Park Citizens' Horticulture Center, the 'Cutting Clouds and Carving Snow - Ice and Snow Installation Art Exhibition' is on display. Paraffin, urea, and artificial corals, among other non-traditional materials, are transformed into snowflakes, glaciers, corals, and dreamy bubbles in the hands of artists, creating a 'cloud dream world of ice and snow'. If you can't go to Harbin, you can also come here to see a flat version of the winter wonderland!
👉 This place is quite photogenic. If you are walking with kids, the overall experience is quite average, and it's not very entertaining. There are a few little goldfish to see, and snowscapes to look at. It is recommended to visit along with the surrounding Zhongshan Park, Raffles City, and Longemont Shopping Center!
🕙 Opening Hours: 10:00-18:00
📍 Detailed Address: Citizens' Horticulture Center, Zhongshan Park, 780 Changning Road, Changning District
🚉 Transportation Strategy:
🚇 Subway Line 2, Zhongshan Park Exit 7
🚗 Parking is available at the Zhongshan Park underground parking lot
📝 Nearby Attractions:
👉 Boating in Zhongshan Park
👉 Raffles City Dragon Installations, various exhibitions
👉 Longemont Shopping Center

Strolling in Shanghai
Today, I walked with my husband along the footpath by the Suzhou River on Shunyi Road. Crossing the Suzhou River from Huazheng Bridge, we entered the campus of East China University of Political Science and Law, which was once St. John's University. It is a place full of historical vicissitudes, beauty, and uniqueness.
Pictures one to eight are campus scenery.
St. John's University, also known as St. John's or Yueda, was founded in 1879 and was originally named St. John's College. In 1881, it became the first school in China to teach entirely in English. It started offering university courses in 1892 and was upgraded to a university in 1905, becoming the first modern higher education institution in China.
From the campus avenue in picture eight, where the mottled sunlight is scattered, you exit the gate of East China University of Political Science and Law, and opposite is Zhongshan Park, which is also full of historical and modern charm.
Pictures nine to fourteen are Zhongshan Park scenery.
Zhongshan Park, originally named Zhaofeng Park, is located at No. 780 Changning Road (near Dingxi Road), Changning District, Shanghai. It was established by the British Zhaofeng in Shanghai in 1914 and was the most famous park in Shanghai at the time. The park mainly adopts the British-style natural gardening style, integrates the essence of Chinese garden art, combines Chinese and Western styles, and is unique. It is the oldest park in Shanghai that has best preserved its original landscape style.
Picture fifteen is the Dragon's Dream.
Letting the horse run freely, the scenes of the past are vivid in my mind: the image of my grandson running and laughing on the grass of the Huazheng campus; us learning to dig malan heads with a 92-year-old stranger on the grass; the three-year-old referee at the college basketball game, holding up a small scissors hand to indicate two points valid, has grown into a handsome guy.
Haha! The past is beautiful, the present life is warm, the future is worth looking forward to, everything is as desired.

The severely underestimated place in Shanghai for enjoying the autumn leaves: Zhongshan Park
The autumn is thick, and the autumn scenery is all in Zhongshan Park! 🍁🍁 As a little-known place in Shanghai for enjoying the autumn leaves, the beauty of Zhongshan Park is definitely worth your personal exploration.
When the warm sun of winter shines on the earth, the maple leaves in Zhongshan Park are as fiery and vigorous, red and passionate, yellow and gentle. The pavilions and pavilions under the cover of ancient trees are layered and well-arranged, whether it is for enjoying the autumn leaves or photography, it is an excellent choice. The park is large, the photo rate is extremely high, and it makes people linger.
The atmosphere here is very friendly, many retired uncles and aunts organize concerts in the park, singing and dancing, the mental state of the elderly in Shanghai is really ahead of young people.
📅Best time to enjoy the autumn leaves: early to mid-December
📍Location: Zhongshan Park (reachable by Metro Line 2)
🎫No ticket required, open all day
There is also Yuyuan Road to explore, a web celebrity district full of history and modernity, very suitable for CityWalk.
