Today, The Royal Palace of Milan holds famous art exhibitions and has featured works of Monet and Picasso. The Museum of the Palace shares with visitors the segmented history of the palace with segments dedicated to the Neoclassical era, Napoleonic era, Restoration, and Unification of Italy. One part of the palace is still being restored. This section includes the rooms of the 19th century royals who inhabited the building.
The Royal Palace is open to visitors every day of the week and on holidays. Adult tickets cost €14
