Travel to Rayong in the rainy season for 2 days and 1 night 🏞️✨
After a long time of posting pictures, it's finally time to #combine a travel plan in Rayong Province ;3;
First of all, I must say that this is a relaxing trip, focusing on peace and privacy, not on crowded places (even though it was a little unexpected). We went on Sunday-Monday, focusing on traveling in Mueang Rayong District.
📌 Marquis Boutique Hotel We chose this place because it is in the city of Rayong, near shopping malls, near restaurants, easy to drive. It's not a very big hotel, but the overall atmosphere is like being abroad (a little bit). There aren't many people during this rainy season. The price is not expensive at all, including breakfast, starting at 1,000 baht. We already reviewed it in a previous post. You can follow it (-:
📌 Yomjinda is a small old town in Rayong City. The atmosphere is very nice! Even though it's the rainy season, the people seem to be as kind as those in the North. There are places to do and cafes to choose from. We mainly walked through the alleys, stopped to take pictures in the old city, and walked to a cafe with a great mood.
📌 Lan Ek Coffee House is a famous cafe in Rayong City. We followed it from brinkty's channel. I must say that this area is worth visiting because the shop is decorated very well. Mix the atmosphere of the old city and art. There are 2 floors. The upper floor has art and handmade products to choose from. Most importantly, there are many interesting drink menus such as Bang Loi Latte, Khanom Chan Coffee, etc.
📌 Khao Laem Ya-Mu Ko Samet National Park, this one is really good. It's like going on a (small) adventure. You can ride a red car up and down the mountain. The distance is not far. The real place is very beautiful. Surrounded by mountains and the sea. If anyone likes nature, I think this place is great. Help support and conserve the environment. Support the people who take care of the place.
PS. There are monkeys. I personally don't like monkeys, but they are not as dangerous as Lopburi 😂
📌 Baan Pat Cafe Another recommended cafe. When I first entered, it seemed like I came to the wrong alley and entered someone else's farm. But in fact, the cafe is on a farm. It's very quiet. When we came, there were no people. There was a dachshund to welcome us very well. The atmosphere is lush and green. It's suitable for sitting and drinking coffee. It was drizzling when we came.
📌 Rayong Winter Flower Garden The most popular place that everyone must come to is this place. The day we came was a tour group. There were only company employees. There were so many people that we were shocked. It's a very beautiful place, but there were so many people that we didn't get any pictures. The air inside is very cold. It is recommended to wear a long-sleeved shirt.
📌 Ai Khao Tom Tun Talay Duerd by Khao Kaeng Mae Wana, a (secret) restaurant in Rayong Province. This restaurant has very delicious food. They give you a lot of seafood at a reasonable price. But there were 2 of us, so we couldn't order much. It was such a shame. There are many other dishes that I want to eat. If anyone likes to try the food like #secretrestaurantinalleythatIwanttotellothersabout, we recommend it. It feels like a made-to-order restaurant.

Actually, there are other places that we stopped by to try, but I couldn't post enough pictures. Haha, I hope my friends like it. If anyone has any recommended places to visit in Rayong Province, please comment and tell us. I will follow you to try it. 🤍🍀
