Shiwei, located in Erguna City, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is a border crossing between China and Russia. We didn't enter the Shiwei village, but instead drove directly to the border crossing. The National Defense Border Area is regulated, requiring a ¥20 entrance fee and a ¥5 sightseeing bus, making it the cheapest international trip ever.
