#wecreate How I wish I had a drone to take a photo of this beautiful sandbar in Masbate. This is the Buntod Reef Marine Sanctuary, an islet and mangrove area off the coast of Masbate City. I was astonished to experience a refreshing getaway by boat from the mainland of Masbate with coral reefs, mangroves area and rich marine life. With a minimum fee, 500 php boat ride for 4 persons, I enjoyed swimming, boating, snorkeling and trekking into mangrove forest. For travel tips, 1. the best time to go there is low tide for the sand bar, 2. around sunset, and 3. bring enough food and water; 4. There is no shower and 5. Dispose your garbage properly. I was born and raised in this small island with total population 300 people back then, fast forward to now 10yrs ago it was still beautiful tropical island but we have gained thrice the population. My concern is since we cannot control the growth of the community the downside is the plastics trash that spread everywhere especially in the ocean and seashore it so saddening to see. I try my best to clean up once or thrice a week or almost everyday but still after few days same scenario again there’s still plastic bottles, sachets and other plastic materials everywhere. Im hoping that the people will stop throwing garbage in the seashore or in the ocean to protect the fishes so the next generation will not be disappointed. #happyplace #islandlife #protecttheocean #cleanthebeach

The D'Siblings Beach Resort is located in the Town of Placer, Masbate, Philippines. From the Town Proper, just locate it via any Map App in your phone. Make sure to buy as much as everything that you will need at the town's center before going to the place. The place is a bit far from the town's center. It would be advisable to ride a 'tricycle' or if you are up to ride to what is known as 'habal-habal' towards the place. If you bring a car with you better drive with a pick-up type not to advise to go there with small cars as to the road as of the moment is a little bit bumpy. Going there you will be tempted to stop and just drop by other resorts along the beach but i'm telling you mate that it would be worth it nit to give in with the temptation to do so because at the end of all the resorts the D'Siblings Resort would be the perfect place for you to relax and unplug from bustling world. Anywhere in the center of Masbate City, just ride a tricycle going to Buntod beach port in Nursery. From there you just need to pay an environmental fee and the boat that will bring you back and forth to the beach. At the beach there will be cottages for you to use and share with others. They also have a mini store for you to buy some drinks and snacks. But I suggest you must bring your own food and drinks. They also have a grilling area for you to grill your meat and seafood. Enjoy and relax in the calm view of the beach in the middle of the ocean🌊🌊🌊 Prepare your bikini and get tan🤎🤎🤎
