The resort is about 10 kilometers starting from Pekan Kota Marudu so it's not much far from life and it is one of the best place to take a panaromic view of the Kota Marudu District up from a altitude. You are also able to hike from the foot of the hill to the top, though it's quite a hike and if you don't have someone who knows the way you could have a hard time finding the way so I recommend you bring someone who knows the area. You can see the bay of Kota Marudu from up there and the view is just amazing in short terms. You can book a place to stay as they have quite accomodable places to stay there, a tranquil café and all the necessities for someone to live basically so it's not a bad place to crash for the night at all given it's on top of a hill. The night is cold, should bring a mosquito spray although not that bad for mosquitos so it's a nice pick for a family camp too. Give Nuluh Pulutan a visit, promise won't regret.
