🌅 Chasing the Sunset in Kudat, Sabah 🇲🇾

One of the best road trips I’ve ever taken was from Kota Kinabalu to Kudat—a scenic 3-hour drive through lush jungles, winding roads, and local villages. 🛣️ The journey itself was peaceful and full of hidden gems, but the real highlight was reaching Tip of Borneo, where the South China Sea and Sulu Sea meet. 🌊🌊 Standing at the northernmost tip of Borneo felt surreal—like being at the edge of the world. As the sun began to set, the sky exploded into vibrant shades of orange, pink, and purple. 🌇 It was absolutely breathtaking and worth every kilometer of the drive. We grabbed some fresh coconut water from a local stall 🥥, walked barefoot along the quiet beaches, and even spotted a few surfers catching evening waves 🏄. Kudat may be off the usual tourist path, but it’s full of charm, local culture, and unforgettable views.
