However, keep in mind that if you choose to walk in and take the bus out, the fare is still 30 CNY. In my experience, walking is truly enjoyable. It wasn't cold at all in the morning; I even got hot in my down jacket later on. With mountains, a lake, and fresh air, the temperature and humidity were perfect. The Eastern Qing Tombs, located about 30 km northwest of Zunhua City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is one of the largest, most complete, most well-preserved, and most systematically laid-out ancient imperial tomb complexes in China. From the scenic area entrance, along the Sacred Way to the Yuling Tomb of Emperor Qianlong, the distance is less than 10 km. Walking in a straight line, essentially along the central axis of the Eastern Qing Tombs, would lead to the Xiaoling Tomb of Emperor Shunzhi, which is a little over 10 km away. Since the Xiaoling Tomb is not open to the public, we headed west directly to the Yuling Tomb and Dingdongling Tomb, as these are the only ones currently accessible. Now, let's take a look at the scenery along the way from the scenic area entrance to the Yuling Tomb of Emperor Qianlong. The Sacred Way of the Eastern Qing Tombs is a crucial part of the complex, with the Sacred Way of the Xiaoling Tomb serving as the main path.
