Huashan Park

Located in the high-tech zone of Zibo City, Shandong Province, Huashan Park is a scenic area covering an area of about 2,000 acres. The park is bordered by Zhongrun Avenue to the north, Unicom Road to the south, Huashan Road to the west, and Lushan Avenue to the east. In 2002, Huashan was listed as an important scenic area in the central urban area of Zibo City and was approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government as a provincial-level scenic area in 2009. In 2016, the High-tech Zone Management Committee decided to invest 140 million yuan in the renovation and upgrading of the Huashan scenic area, including mountain restoration, landscape enhancement, municipal pipeline construction, water supply to the mountain, fitness facilities, sports fields, lighting and fire protection, and the construction of a ring mountain car and pedestrian trail. After more than two years of renovation, Huashan Park has taken shape. The design theme of Huashan Park is 'The Tao nurtures the valley, clouds rise to reflect Huashan,' and around this theme, a 'one axis, one ring, six valleys' characteristic landscape has been constructed: - **One axis**: Highlighting the Taoist cultural characteristics of Huashan, forming a Taoist cultural axis. - **One ring**: Providing a diversified leisure and fitness space, constituting a sports and fitness ring. - **Six valleys**: Utilizing the unique valley terrain of Huashan, forming scenic valleys such as Begonia Valley, Plum Valley, Magnolia Valley, Lilac Valley, Cherry Blossom Valley, and Peach Apricot Valley. In addition, the park has added new attractions such as Wanshou Lake, Immortal Bridge, Giant Turtle Lake, Fairy Pool, Green Plum Pond, Orchid Valley Spring, and Health Plaza, and is equipped with fitness equipment, sports fields, a ring mountain car and pedestrian trail, and related facilities such as public toilets and guide signs, providing citizens with a great place that integrates sightseeing, leisure, and sports.
