Zibo | 3 Days 2 Nights | More Than Just Amazing Food (Part 1)

🚗Transportation: Mainly taking taxis, which are very cost-effective. There are also shared electric scooters available, but since I can't ride, I had to rely on friends to carry me. There are also special small electric cars on the roadside for carrying people, about 10r for 3km. 📄Suggestions: ❶ The distances between the districts of Zibo are quite far, and the car ride across districts usually takes about an hour, so it's more economical to book a ride-sharing service. ❷ Interact with the locals more, they will recommend some very tasty small restaurants and attractions, all of which are definitely worth trying. 📍Itinerary: 🌟DAY1: Zhongxin Barbecue (￥84/2 people) Less than 3km from Zibo Station. Although this small shop is simple, the food is really good and the portions are generous. Zibo Museum (Identity card required) Definitely worth a good visit, and spending 3 hours is not too much. Zibo was once a territory of the Qi state, and there are many related cultural relics and well-known stories. There is also a rare insect specimen exhibition recently that is quite good. Daguanyuan + Yansheng Ancient Town Zha Budie A fried meat shop with no signboard but known to all locals, on the way to Daguanyuan, next to 27A1 Xinbo Road. The queue there is the place. Fried meat starts at 10r, fried chicken at 15r, portions are very generous, super fragrant, the taste is a bit salty, so delicious that you can't stop, truly the No.1 fried meat in Zibo. Daguanyuan It is a pottery and glass market that is recognized by locals as relatively fair in price and authentic. There, we met a mother with her high school daughter who was out at the market, who kindly led us lost souls to Yansheng Ancient Town, and along the way, she told us many stories about Boshan and glass. Yansheng Ancient Town (9.9/person) Converted from an old factory, many shops are not yet open, not many people, the scenery is very beautiful. Caigentan (110/2 people) Although the chef had already finished work, the owner saw that we had come specially and still warmly welcomed us. The Boshan cuisine at this restaurant can be eaten for three days and nights without repeating, so the owner summarized the must-orders and also wrote a full page of notes. The tofu box is very special, with a bit of sweet and sour taste; the flavored eggplant amazed me, fried until crispy and soft, sweet; the fried chicken is also very flavorful, just the portion is huge.
