Roaming through Xijin Ferry~ Zhenjiang Museum

🏛 When arriving at a new place, the local museum is always my first choice. Zhenjiang Museum is conveniently connected to Xijin Ferry, which is great. Unfortunately, the area of the former British Consulate is under renovation, so it's not open. It looks very attractive from the outside, and I look forward to visiting after the renovation! 🏛 The open sections are divided into two parts, presumably the new and old museums, and a reservation is needed~ You can also scan at the entrance. The old museum is organized according to categories of relics, including the Bronze Ware Hall, Ceramic Hall, Gold and Silver Ware Hall, Arts and Crafts Hall, and Painting and Calligraphy Hall. Each hall houses a large number of precious cultural relics that are a feast for the eyes. 🏛 The new museum mainly focuses on the modern history of Zhenjiang. It actually feels a bit like Shanghai because of the ferry port, which facilitated a lot of cultural exchange between China and foreign countries, including many Western-style buildings.
