The ham is marinated for three years and the taste is at its peak. It can be eaten raw, and the quality will decline afterwards. I have been there twice in the past three years, and it is still quietly located in the deep mountains. The residents there are very simple, doing farm work and making ham. The main means of transportation in the village still relies on horses to transport supplies from the bottom of the mountain to the top.
