Fangguangyan - a summer resort

Fangguangyan is located in Geling Town, Yongtai County, Fuzhou City. It was first built during the Five Dynasties. Legend has it that Fangguangyan was originally a huge karst cave. In the second year of the Jianlong period of the Song Dynasty, Huang Feixiong from Xinan Village, Sidu, was studying under the cave and found that the cave was like a paradise. He then built a temple here, and it has been visited by many people ever since then.
