First experience of picnic under the cherry trees

2023.04.01 (Sat) Today I went to the Backwari Bank Yodogawa River Park to have a picnic under the cherry trees. The riverbank was covered with cherry blossoms. The whole scenery was super dreamy, like a scene from a comic book. At that moment, you will feel inexplicably happy. The riverbank is very long. During the cherry blossom season, there are some stalls in the park. If you don’t bring enough food, you can replenish it in the park. The entrance fee is 100 yen per person, which is used to maintain the park and is a very acceptable price. I also brought a picnic mat so my friends could take a break and I could take some photos 📷 for fun. I also recommend that if you come to Kyoto during the cherry blossom season, you should go to the Back Ware Embankment for a picnic and experience the daily life of the locals.
