Myanmar’s Shwe Dagon Pagoda is considered Myanmar’s most sacred buddhist pagoda. Its size is enough to amaze tourists that are seeing it for the first time. It has a very long history, and highly worshipped by locals here as Burmese people are mostly buddhists. I highly recommend visiting if you’re ever there, I believe it’s only $8 per person for entry if you’re a tourist. There’s a park called the Golden Valley with a mall right outside the pagoda. Have a stop there for some local cuisine or international cuisine at your convenience!
