Watching the thickly sliced meat sizzle on the grill was mouthwatering as always. The staff grilled the meat for us, ensuring it was cooked to perfection for us to enjoy effortlessly. Taking a bite of the golden-brown pork belly wrapped in pickled sesame leaves, the burst of juicy flavor and nutty aroma filled my mouth. The aged meat was incredibly tender and rich in taste. The pork shoulder was equally delightful, moist and not dry at all. The side dishes, including fresh vegetables, seasoned green onions, and kimchi, paired wonderfully with the meat. After finishing the meat, we mixed rice into the soybean paste stew, which had a deep, savory flavor that was truly exceptional.
