University Student Hotel Report: Xuzhou Suning Hyatt Suites is average This Hyatt is located in the most central location of Xuzhou. With 66 floors towering into the clouds, it is hard to ignore its presence anywhere in the center of Xuzhou. The hotel entrance is very secluded, and the drop-off area is small and very far inside, making it difficult to drop off passengers at the door if you take a taxi. It was a bit embarrassing when it rained during our stay. The lobby is on the 42nd floor, and there is no direct access from the Suning Commercial Building’s parking lot, which means that if you want to go to the guest rooms from the parking lot, you have to take three elevators. The lobby space is average. On the right is a full-time restaurant which is said to be very famous in Xuzhou, but I didn't try it. The Global Guest was given a regular suite at the Regency Club, and later saw there was also a superior suite. It might be because of the difference in area, the former was 70 square meters and the latter was 100 square meters. What’s interesting is that there is a Xuzhou food guide on the front desk, which includes many popular online restaurants. That night we went to check in at Laojia Diguo, but I would say it was really a waste of money, dirty, messy and very average. The room is very large and has a very Hyatt style. Although it is generally more spacious in China than abroad, it is still simple and restrained but not lacking in design sense. It incorporates many local elements of Xuzhou, and the overall tone is very warm and Hyatt. I have to mention that the TV in the room is really too big, and the angle it is placed in the bedroom is very suitable for lying down and watching movies. I can't give it a bad review because of the lack of screen projection. The design of the cloakroom and bathroom being connected is very good. The space is good and there is a separate dressing table. The bathroom supplies are quite satisfactory. There are some minor flaws. The spare parts have not been replaced and one of the basins is blocked. I was too lazy at the time. The feedback. The minibar is very well equipped and includes a Nestle coffee machine. I have not experienced the lounge and other facilities, so I cannot comment on them. The breakfast is really average, below the Hyatt average. Overall, the hotel's hardware is very cost-effective, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. It is suitable for business trips and travel. For vacation, the Marriott in Yunlong Lake is more recommended. This time I came to Xuzhou for business, and it was very troublesome. Apart from the hotel (the hotel team was very good), the attitudes of the other service staff I met were very bad and impatient, and the same was true when I went to the restaurant. The overall experience was not very pleasant, which may be reflected in the video that Mrs. B took before. I hope things will change next time.
