Recommended Homestays in Siguniangshan: I've Booked the Yaomei Peak View Here

My second visit to Siguniangshan, and for the first night in Siguniangshan Town, I chose Kongshan Homestay again. Last time, we stayed in the Guobumeidu and Muweliu room types. This time, with a last-minute afternoon booking, we had no choice but the Pianma Snow Mountain Room. Though it also has a window view facing Yaomei Peak, the vista isn’t as expansive as the previous two room types. Fortunately, the homestay’s restaurant and its rooftop are the best spots for photos with Yaomei Peak. Compared to my last trip when the peaks were shrouded in clouds, this time luck was on our side—not only was it sunny most of the time, but we also encountered a rare heavy snowfall. The snow-capped Yaomei Peak was absolutely magical. Kongshan Homestay is located in Changping Village on the mountainside, naturally quieter than the town center—perfect for introverts like us who prefer tranquility. The village has almost no commercial amenities, so I recommend dining in town before heading up or pre-booking the homestay’s yak hotpot in advance~
