Oh my goodness, how am I just finding out about this amazing getaway spot in Xiangyang?! I stayed here in April and it was super nice! The hotel itself is a garden, so just staying at the hotel feels like effortless tourism! The property perfectly blends Chinese garden design with modern luxury style - lush greenery, winding paths, dappled sunlight... everything made me anticipate an incredibly satisfying vacation! I chose a suite this time, and the courtyard style was super therapeutic! Plus, there was an amazing surprise - the suite perks were absolutely incredible, everyone! First, the courtyard room's overall layout has this warm, homey lighting. The bedding is super comfortable, and the bathtub is excellent! You don't feel cramped when taking a bath, and even the mirrors display the time. All the room amenities are premium brands - Dyson hair dryer, JBL speakers... everything is so stylish!! The courtyard room perks are really generous! You get complimentary buffet breakfast for 2 adults + 2 children, a 15% off dining voucher, and access to the 24-hour gym and hotel pool!! At the InterContinental Club, you can enjoy personalized check-in and late checkout until 4pm. The afternoon tea includes lots of desserts and drinks. Our three-day, two-night stay was absolutely fantastic!! From check-in to checkout, the hotel service was very attentive. The hotel food is delicious - you can even have a camping picnic right at the hotel! The Xiangyang beef noodles and Shuanggou spicy soup were so good I could cry. The tea ceremony around the stove was also very atmospheric. A pleasant trip really makes you feel alive again! You can explore nearby attractions - Fish Beam Island Park is a great choice, it's like the Maldives of Xiangyang, haha!! The river water is super clear, and there are even charging benches nearby so you don't have to worry if your phone battery is low!! Xiangyang, just wait for me! I'll be back! And I want to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang a million more times!!
