Who still stays in old hotels from over a decade ago when traveling?

I have to say these niche tourist cities are really relaxing, Very suitable for when you're tired and need to unwind for a few days, washing away the work vibes, This place is perfect!! 🧚‍♀️ . I stayed at the InterContinental Xiangyang, I've stayed at InterContinental hotels in other places before, So my impression was quite good, and with Xiangyang being so close to home, Of course I had to stay there, Newly opened in 2024, the earlier you stay, the earlier you enjoy!! 😆 . My 1️⃣st time experiencing camping at a hotel, recently I've been reading the book from Shisan Yao, "I Still Prefer Losers," reading a book in sunlight feels completely different from reading under artificial light, Surrounded by beautiful spring scenery, even when reading not-so-sunny passages, my heart still feels warm and positive~💕 . This self-proclaimed test sleeper has decided to add InterContinental Xiangyang to my must-stay hotels list, not just because of the garden 🍃 scenery, But also because I fell in love with the hotel's service atmosphere and design style, We stayed in a ⛰️ courtyard room, opening the window to our own little courtyard, Bringing breakfast out into the sunshine, vegetable salad, fruits, desserts……🫰🏻 each dish was carefully arranged, Showing the staff's attentiveness, and the room amenities were also impeccable, Dyson hair dryer, JBL speakers, Matching my stereotypical impression of luxury hotels haha!! 😂 Three days and two nights wasn't nearly enough! I was reluctant to leave, Fortunately, the personalized check-in and check-out service at the InterContinental Club allowed me to delay until 4pm before checking out, I'll definitely stay here again! 😏 . PS. The hotel has a 24-hour gym and swimming pool, so friends who don't want to abandon their fitness plans while traveling don't need to worry at all, I really admire you fitness fanatics!! 😉
