Xiamen Botanical Garden is backed by mountains and faces the sea

The botanical garden occupies a mountain and faces the sea. It feels like the plants here are extraordinary. We entered the garden from the south gate and took several elevators to the top of the mountain, with several viewing points in between. After that, there is a scenic car to take tourists to each park. The transportation is convenient and the design is reasonable. The main park is near the west gate. I walked there by myself, which required some physical strength. First, I went to a bougainvillea garden, where rows of bougainvillea flowers of various colors were blooming, which was eye-opening. The gingerwood plant area is like a tropical rainforest, with large-leaved banana-like plants scattered around the lake. The succulent plant area is very large and rich, and I have seen many varieties that I have never seen before, which attracts the most tourists. There is a fun plant hall near the west gate, which gathers some "carnivorous" plants. There are a few more parks to go. If you want to visit carefully, it will take at least five hours.
