A newly opened Roujiamo shop in Coffee Block, handmade freshly steamed rice skin, 7 yuan a bowl!

I recently discovered a fantastic small shop in the Jiahuifang Coffee Block and I must recommend it to everyone working nearby! First of all, their rice skin is steamed fresh, which is amazing. When served, the rice skin has a translucent sheen and looks very appetizing. Taking a bite, the texture is soft and chewy, the seasoning is just right, sour and spicy, and every bite is filled with the aroma of rice. The standard topping for Xi'an rice skin is diced celery, and the green celery complements the rice skin perfectly. The馍 (flatbread) for the Roujiamo is freshly made, with a characteristic "tiger back," "iron ring," and "chrysanthemum heart" appearance. The meat inside is finely chopped and flavorful, fatty but not greasy, lean but not dry. The flatbread is filled with meat, making every bite incredibly satisfying. The aroma of the meat and the flatbread blend together in the mouth, it's simply amazing. They also have rice noodles, a favorite among women. Their rice noodles are the super popular "Guanzi" style, coated in red chili oil, making each bite incredibly enjoyable. The meatballs in the rice noodles seem to be homemade, with a high meat content! The restaurant is clean and tidy, with spacious and comfortable seating, creating a pleasant dining experience. The service is also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to help. I noticed that they use carefully selected ingredients and offer free, unlimited corn porridge, which is a big plus! Whether it's the rice skin or the Roujiamo, the taste of this shop is exceptional. Combined with the pleasant environment and excellent service, it's definitely a great lunch option for office workers in Xi'an's high-tech zone. I highly recommend you give it a try!
