Atour 4.0 Global Flagship Store - Atour Hotel Xi'an South Gate

Atour Hotel Xi'an South Gate, the world's first Atour 4.0 store, opened on June 28, 2024. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Yongning Gate entrance of the Xi'an City Wall and close to the Shaanxi History Museum. The hotel is next to Metro Line 2, which takes half an hour to reach Xi'an North Railway Station. The hotel is a standalone building with a separate parking lot, making parking very convenient. Upon entering the lobby, you will see a 1:1 Gaoligong ancient tea tree, and the teapot hanging to the right of the check-in counter immediately takes guests to the Atour Village, the origin of the hotel. I stayed in a Deep Sleep Premier City Wall View King Room. The washbasin and bathroom are separated, and the amenities are all ESPA, with a pleasant bergamot and jasmine scent. The 40-square-meter room is large enough, and the large sofa by the window is more like a kang in the village, taking guests back to Atour Village. The sofa is very large and can even accommodate two adults. The room has a great view of the Yongning Gate of the Xi'an City Wall. The room's minibar drinks and snacks are free, and there is tea from Atour Village and a full set of tea sets. The bedding is from the Atour Planet Deep Sleep series, and the room can be perfectly switched from day to night in 30 seconds. In addition to the "Bamboo Residence" library on the first floor, the 24-hour laundry room, and the "Sweat" gym, the hotel is also equipped with "Sitting Cloud," a private space that Atour Platinum or Executive guests can redeem with their "Sitting Cloud Time Coupon." The breakfast is rich in variety, with delicious local specialties such as saozi noodles and bean dregs pancakes, and even two combinations of sweet and salty toppings for tofu pudding. There is also a wide variety of fruits. Atour's humanistic care can be seen in many details, such as free laundry assistance (delivered to the room within 12 hours), late-night porridge (Atour Village's "happy hour," where guests can enjoy complimentary goodnight porridge and side dishes at the restaurant from 21:30 to 23:30), and even the room TV screen shows the availability of washing machines, which is Atour's core competitiveness.
