Wuhan | Marriott Executive Suite | Review

Hardware: 4.0 Service: 4.6 View & Location: 3.5 Dining: 4.2 💰: 5XX It's been so long since I stayed at a Marriott with such excellent service! Big thanks to Alice for arranging the executive suite in advance!! Also grateful to Sally from the lounge for calling to confirm my preferences upon check-in. The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, but fortunately, there's direct subway access. The concierge was very enthusiastic and carried our luggage to the room after check-in. The executive suite is incredibly spacious—a full 90 square meters! The hotel features a twisted design, so the room isn't perfectly symmetrical but has a strong aesthetic appeal. The 270-degree bathroom is truly amazing, offering an expansive space. Taking a bath here is a uniquely different experience. The lounge service is the best in all of Wuhan—every staff member is warm and welcoming, even standing up to smile and say goodbye when guests leave. The happy hour is quite generous, with a wide variety of desserts, and they even mix cocktails for you, which look absolutely stunning. The turndown service is incredibly thoughtful. Special thanks to Auntie Lulu for noticing our anniversary and offering blessings, and for providing extra mouthwash when she saw my braces—truly touching! The breakfast spread is extensive, especially the hot dishes, with plenty of options. The beef noodles are fantastic! The hotel's design is visually striking. Even after six years of operation, the hardware is well-maintained, and the public areas are perfect for Instagram-worthy shots! This was an extremely satisfying stay. Aside from the slightly remote location, the hotel has no flaws! Looking forward to our next visit!
