Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan is famous for the poem "Yellow Crane Tower" by Cui Hao, a poet of the Tang Dynasty. Yellow Crane Tower, Tengwang Pavilion in Nanchang, Jiangxi, and Yueyang Tower in Hunan are known as the "Three Famous Towers in the South of the Yangtze River".
