There is a bit of oil at the bottom, but fortunately the seasoning is good for my stomach. Slow Cooked Hand-Teared Pork Belly Waffle Sandwich $98 Sometimes I'm afraid to eat hand-shredded pork in the street, because it's usually very chewy. The hand-shredded pork loin here is soft and tender, the barbecue sauce is delicious, and the waffle underneath is also excellent. It has egg flavor and is crispy, salty and sweet, and it's addictive. Homemade Strawberry Sauce Soufflé Muffins $88 One of the reasons for coming here is that a friend praised the soufflé muffins. Speaking of such deliciousness, I must order one to try. The soufflé muffins are quivering, soft and eggy, the caramel on top is crispy and sweet, and the jam is delicious enough without ordering it. Overall good, but never surpassed the best soufflé muffin shop in my mind, unfortunately its closed, memories of deliciousness is most difficult to replace.
