Decent with scope for improvment

Nice ambience for friends and family gathering. Signature dish Shaksukka is not heated long enough and abit cold when being served. Toast is too sweet to pair with the dish. Sourdough would be a better replacement. Tiger prawn aglio oglio was good as expected but would have preferred having the prawns peeled, as having 5 large prawns on such a small plate with the pasta was quite difficult to peel it. The way their do their fries into a very thin and tiny form is interesting but difficult to eat, gets all over the table. More like chicken floss than fries. Interesting gimmick to look interesting but not practical to eat. Lamb ribs sauce is sweet too and tastes like a preheated dish. #hongkongguide#thingstodo
