impressive place to get brunch

There’s a dinner menu for the weekends with pan seared salmon, so we ordered that. I do eat this dish in a lot of places but here it is the next level of salmon cooking. It was well done, imagine the skin to be crispy but the salmon is not too overcooked. Brussels sprouts were delicious too, think it’s a good seasonal menu! Ordered the avocado as well - I’m genuinely amazed and impressed with the serving of avocado. It’s buttery but not mushy lat at all (how can a full plate of avocado taste so good and be evenly spread out the toast?) felt like the avocado was really fresh There was a hot mont blanc coffee as well: a bit too sweet (cinnamon is not for me) and makes you more full when the sugar kicks in. #hongkongguide #thingstodo
