Perth 3-Day Itinerary Day 1 – Explore the City Start your day at Kings Park & Botanic Garden for amazing views over Perth and the Swan River. Walk along the treetop Lotterywest Federation Walkway and enjoy the gardens. Head to the Perth Cultural Centre in the afternoon to check out the Art Gallery of WA and WA Museum Boola Bardip. Explore Northbridge for street art and cafés. Finish the day at Elizabeth Quay—stroll along the waterfront, take a ferry ride, and have dinner at a riverside spot like Balthazar or Fraser’s Restaurant. Day 2 – Rottnest Island Catch an early ferry from Perth or Fremantle to Rottnest Island. Rent a bike to explore the beaches and meet the famous quokkas. Snorkel at The Basin or Little Salmon Bay, and grab lunch at the island bakery or a café. Return to Perth in the evening and head to Fremantle for dinner—Little Creatures Brewery is a fun option. Day 3 – Fremantle & Swan Valley Start in Fremantle with the weekend markets (if visiting on a weekend) and the Fremantle Prison tour.
