Relax and Refuel in Zion: Where to Stay and Eat After the Trails

I stayed at Cliffrose Lodge, a peaceful riverside resort just minutes from the park entrance. The views of the red cliffs from the pool area were incredible, and the rooms were super comfortable with modern mountain decor. For food, Oscar’s Cafe in Springdale is a must-visit. Their giant burritos and burgers are perfect after a tough hike. I also had a great dinner at King’s Landing Bistro, where the local trout and wine selection totally impressed me. Springdale, the small town right outside the park, has a great variety of casual and upscale options, and everything is walkable. Staying in Springdale made getting into the park easy via the shuttle system. If you want an in-park stay, Zion Lodge is the only option—book early because it fills up fast!
