2025 Wandsworth Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in February)
The Toast Rack Bake House
#londontravel
Tucked away in an unassuming location this eatery was a little gem. We came across it by chance and it was a really good spot! The inside reminded us of an old school american dinner with the booths at the back and a nice coffee shop, sellling upmarket produce such as fruit, cheese, baked goods at the front as you enter.
The food was very nice and there are some combinations of flavours in the breakfast menu i haven't seen before and they really work!
Definitely worth a try and i would recommend for sure!
Cafe Fleur
#londontravel
Cafe Fleur is just 2min walking distance from Southside Shopping Center.
Overall: A great choice for breakfast with good food, cozy ambiance, friendly staff. It will definitely be one of our regular weekend spots!
Ambiance: Very cozy and warm. Probably can seat up to 40 people (inside and out).
Food: They offer a wide variety of breakfast from various eggs to pancakes, french toasts to porridges. It was the first time I came across chorizo & egg combo which is my favourite Turkish breakfast (sucuk yumurta). They are so confident in their menu that they don't do any alterations- so whatever you order, you get it as described in the menu. We enjoyed the "Avocado, eggs & chorizo",
"Poached egg & avo". The portions in general are good, except for poached egg & avo which might have been made with 2 eggs instead of one. So we shared a pancake with my wife. All were delicious.
The various juices and smoothies seem to be delicious as most people were enjoying it- we went for coffee.
GAIL’S Bakery Wandsworth
#londontravel
Cute little cafe nestled in the main street of Wandsworth. Walking past this cafe is hard to do without being drawn into the mouth watering cinnamon buns displayed.
I ordered a simple cappuccino and cinnamon bun, which I promptly devoured. Light but full of flavour.
Worth a visit!
Went back the next day! Really enjoyed my coffee and croissant here. Friendly staff, lots of seating and great food and coffee.
The Skylark Cafe
#londontravel
Stunning find, perfect for the park - food is really well prepared and presented, service is good as well. It can get busy but there's plenty of room inside and out. Coffee is really good - childrens meal portion is big! Really enjoyed it here and will definitely be back!
Their attention to detail and personalized approach made for a smooth, enjoyable visit. I'll definitely return and recommend it to others!!:)
Corner Cafe
#londontravel
All the food here is ridiculously good - everything I've had is so yummy - the fry up, the smoothies, the lamb wrap, the mozerella & pesto sandwich which comes toasted focaccia and a side salad. So amazing! Huge portions, so tasty, we keep coming back and have come back with our friends. Love it!!
Also support your local small business!! The owner is so lovely!
