Japanese Chef's Teppanyaki

I went to "Mihara" for teppanyaki the other day, which is managed by a Japanese chef. The restaurant has a comfortable environment, and the food is of high quality😍 I started with the seasonal salad🥗, fresh vegetables with a special dressing, refreshing and appetizing. The chawanmushi was also excellent, with eggs that were smooth and perfectly steamed. Then came the fish dish of the day - pan-fried silver cod. The skin was crispy, and the flesh was tender and smooth. In addition, the grilled clams were fresh and juicy. The A4 Miyazaki Wagyu was thinly grilled, with the beef being tender, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth, each bite bursting with rich juices. This was followed by Wagyu beef fried rice, pickles, and miso soup. For dessert, there was caramel-flavored Homemade Gelato.
