National Cultural Centre @ Vientiane Capital

🌼This National Cultural Center is located in Vientiane, Laos. It is a tall building decorated like a temple in Laos. There is a Lao flag in front of the building and flags of political parties. Unfortunately, it was not open on the day I went, so I could only look outside. The building is surrounded by trees, especially the Champaka flowers or Frangipani flowers, which are the national flower of Laos. There are buses that go to the front of the National Cultural Center because there is a bus stop right in front. #TravelAbroad #TravelLaos #Vientiane
